Noren products has had few product returns for reason of field failure. For product damaged in shipment to customer, or improperly ordered, please obtain an RMA# from your territory representative by calling (650)322-9500 within 45 days of receipt of product. We do not accept unit returned without a number issued by the company.

Please provide your territory representative with unit model#, date of purchase and location unit was shipped (if known). This will assist with processing.

It is the customer's responsibility to package product properly and return by trackable means with an insured carrier, at their cost. Should it be determined to be Noren Products' error, the shipping cost will be refunded to the customer.

If the unit is under warranty (please refer to the product warrantees), the unit will be repaired and shipped back to you  at NPi's expense, NPi stands behind all units.

If the unit is out of warranty, the unit will be evaluated to determine the next step. Each returned unit will be evaluated on a case by case basis with a determination of the cost to repair. Shipping will also be billed to the customer. NPI repairs are billed at an hourly rate of $120 billed in 1/2 hour increments.

If a PO # is needed for required repairs, we ask that the customer provide one before repairs begin.

If customer is returning unit because they ordered incorrectly
or don't want or need the unit(s) they will be billed:

10% charge if they re-purchase (the correct unit)
25% charge if they do not replace with new purchase order
