We have been using Noren Compact Cabinet Coolers for 10 years to maintain the inside cabinet temperature during the summer months. These units are installed in 6’x6’x3’ Video/Fiber and Power cabinets on 38 of our unmanned ramp plazas.
The inside temperature of these cabinets would get up to 10 degrees higher than the outside ambient temperature since they were exposed to the direct sun. We tried using vented fans, but they allowed moisture and snow to get in the cabinets.
Since installing the Noren Compact Cabinet Coolers, the inside temperature can be maintained at about 10 to 15 degrees lower than the outside ambient temperature. The integrity of the cabinet seal is maintained; therefore, we no longer have moisture or snow problems.
To date, these units have only required occasional lubrication of the blower motor.
I recommend the Noren Compact Cabinet Cooler for outdoor equipment cabinets.

We installed the CC250 Heat Exchanger on our computerized crane system. It was mounted directly on the crane computer cabinet. It reduced the delta temperature (inside temp minus outside temp) from a delta 24 degrees F to a delta 8 degrees F. It was previously calculated to drop it to delta 7 degrees (close enough for me).
This was the cooling we needed to prevent high temp shutdown in our Anodize Facility. This is a chemically hostile environment and the unit seems too well-suited for this application. The service provided by you directly and your company was excellent. Selecting the proper unit, follow up, and timely delivery were impressive. The product is working excellent as well.

This is just a note to give you an update on the use of your coolers on our control enclosures.
From the beginning a few years ago we have had no problems with the application and use of these coolers. The cooler has kept the internal NEMA 12 enclosure within 2o of the external cabinet temperatures over a wide range of temperatures.
This application was not just used once or twice but dozens of times with consistent results.
Keep supplying a quality product at a reasonable price and you will continue to be our first choice in cabinet cooling.
