My name is Otis Coen and the owner and operator of "Hear the Call Music", a small but growing recording and sound production studio in Aptos California . As my studio has grown so have the challenges to produce high quality productions. Therefore maintaining a quiet, professional environment is of the utmost importance.
One of my largest challenges has always been where do I keep the computer? The noise from my computer, even though very quiet, can be a distraction and even be picked up by some microphones if in the same room.
To resolve this, I moved my computer in to a closet which took care of the small amount of noise. Now I was dealing with dust, and feeling very un-professional having to leave the control room to get a bounced track for a client. The other nightmare was hiding the cabling required for my flat screens, fire wire interface, etc.
My problems were solved when I received my very own Noren Products G Cabinet. Now my clients come in and the computer cabinet sits right next to me.
